Scheduler enables users to email Cortana to a mailbox set up inside their tenant and delegate their scheduling needs to a digital personal assistant, including scheduling and re-scheduling personal appointments and meetings with people inside and outside of their organization. To enable Scheduler admins must set up a new mailbox and run a PowerShell cmdlet. The service can take up to 24 hours to start working after you run the cmdlet. Purchasing the service does not immediately enable it.
